The interview process was good and engaging for the recruitment part, but when meeting with the HoP and CEO it was a cold and confusing experience. The HoP was framing questions and behaving in a manner where the expectation was the answers aligned to that space: experience with governance, strong processes and collaboration with stakeholders.
The feedback on why I wasn't successful was to the contrary. So take caution because whilst they are a growing company and seem pretty well established, don't be misled by the interview process. They expect you to be reactive and quick to market like a startup, so your answers and experience should reflect that. Trying to read the interview will just set you up for failing.
