I recently interviewed with Yardi Software India Pvt Ltd Pune and I must say that the communication gap between the company and candidate is very poor. HR doesn’t check or reply to emails which can be frustrating. However, the actual interviewers are very nice and helpful. They give hints if they think a little bit of guidance is needed during the interview. Overall, I had a neutral experience with Yardi Systems.

Set the following terms in ascending order of your priority. 1. Salary 2. Work from home 3. Training 4. Designation
The hiring process includes an online aptitude test, followed by an in-person pre-HR screening, then one or two technical interviews, and finally a Business Unit Head round for final evaluation.
4 rounds, 2 technical and 2 hr. Depends on per hr round either you go to csd or Dev. First round is pre hr they ask about projects, second about tech stack

Make sure sql is strong for technical round
Business round includes combination of technical + hr + logic reasoning
Also for technical round u may be asked about ur projects on resume
Including backend and frontend
