Three rounds of interviews with progressively higher level people. Very focused on confidentiality which raised a red flag and seemed like they don't trust their own employees. Not somewhere I would want to work

Four rounds of interviews with various people on the team including who would be a future coworker in the same role. Interviewed with direct manger once in the beginning and also for the last interview.
