Interview process is completely Offline process. Paper Pen and F2F rounds. My overall experience was okay okay. Post Technical round HR had left for the day. Next day on inquiry, they informed me my Candidature is on hold. Nevertheless below will definitely will be helpfull for you.
Suggestion : Go only if your experience matches with job description. And be honest with what experience you have.
Rounds are as follow :-
1) General Apptitude (45 Minutes)
Paper pen test with logical reasoning, quantitative and vocabulary 40 questions (20+10+10)
2) .NET MCQs (30 Minutes)
.NET and C# MCQs. Delegates, Enums, Method Overloading/Overriding code sninnets. Paper Pen 15 Questions (15)
3) SQL Queries (45 Minutes)
Four tables are given to write 25 queries based on it. Average, Sum, Sorting, Self Join, Sub Queries, Join Queries. Practice queries a lot. Paper Pen (25)
4) Composition Writing (15 Minutes)
Write your veiw on topics such as effects of television or movie or games, etc. Paper pen (1 out of 5)
5) Pre HR Round (15 Minutes)
Salary Expectation amd notice period are inquired. And what they can offer. Also based on how good technical interview, salary will be decided.
Your strenghts and weakness and that questions are asked. Your communication skills and decision making skills are judged.
6) Technical Interview F2F (45-60 minutes)
This round will be held with 2 senior developers. This interview lasts very long. They will start with basics to advance level. Data Structures, OOPs concepts, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, ADO.NET, Web Services, APIs, WCF, .NET Core, Entity Framework, DevOps, Cloud, Testing, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5, CSS3, BootStrap, DOM Manipulation, AngularJS / Angular, SQL Server. Situational, Scenario and performance based question. Best Practices. Previous Project Architecture details.
7) Final HR Round (15-30 Minutes)
Final call on CTC and Joining Date is made.
