I had an interview with HR over the phone, then an interview over the phone with a manager and then last in person with the same manager. The in person interview lasted about an hour and a half, with talk about my experience and the position itself followed by personable small talk about the teams and the industry.

Very buttoned up process, clear and direct. They asked very thought provoking questions, inquired about successes and failures and how I overcame them. The definition of the AE role was clearly defined.

3 rounds the first one was a presentation/pitch following some questions. Round 2 was focused on related experience and seeing how much of an understanding you have on what Yardi does. 3 rd round was very similar to the second round just a different manager.
