Interview Process is quite longer (a TWO Day Process), but at the same time very Interesting. First Round is Aptitude Test, and those who clear it are called for Second Round Second Round is the Academic MCQ Test, covering the Subjects DBMS, JAVA, ASP.NET and C++. Those who clear both round are called for Short Pre-HR Round. This Round is basically to test your Communication Skills and Confident Level. Those Candidates who cleared this Round were called at their Office in SB road, Pune. Here your First Round is Technical Interview which lasts for about 30 to 45 minutes. They test your basic skills like SQL Queries and DBMS. Those candidates who clear this round were called for again a Pre-HR Round, to test if you have gone through Profile for which you have applied. The Last Round is HR Round, just typical HR Questions like tell about yourself etc. are asked. It lasts for about 15 to 30 minutes and at the end, if you are the deserving Candidate, they offer you Job before you leave the cabin of HR Manager. Overall the process was quiet tiring but I enjoyed the whole process and at end got placed
