It is a two part interview process. One initial typical interview and the second involves a presentation in front of leads and directors. Presenting is part of the job, so the second part ensures you're ready for that aspect.

The people were very nice, it was a two-interviews process - a ten minute phonecall and then an hour for the interview with the department manager. It took a while for them to review my application, but acter the callback it was a speedy process.

There were a series of meetings where you meet with the Team Leader and ultimately the department manager. Many of the questions ask you to provide specific examples of situations encountered.
