First contact was a task, a form to fill in with some questions about the role/how to address certain situations. Then I was invited to a zoom call - classic interview about motivation and role -, the line manager was also present. Then I was sent a task and invited to a third call to present it, with line manager + senior data analyst. After this I was told that expectations for the role had to be re-set, that they were thinking about how to proceed. After this, I got another job offer from another company, and accepted it. All the while, I was very impressed by the company, the culture you could feel from talking to the people, the ethics and transparency. Even if it ended up as it did, I would highly recommend this company to other future talents.
