Entretien
The entire interview process lasted for one and half month and it was for product owner position in Singapore. The interview process started with a phone interview which was mostly about work experience and what are the business areas Yara is hiring.
Post that was given an assignment to finish. This went well and next interview was scheduled. The interview was suppose to be group interview. This is when nonprofessional behavior starts. On the day of interview the team forgot that interview was scheduled. No one showed up for the online interview. After sending multiple emails got a response that interview is delayed. Had the interview with team. This was horrible experience as I could barely hear/understand what they were saying.
Apparently during the interview one of the interviewers said micro management is one of the most important strength the product owner needs to succeed in the role at Yara.
After the interview was over no one notified about the result for 2-3 weeks. I sent a followup email and got a response that the position is filled/does not exist any more and they were considering me for a new position.
After another week interview was scheduled. The non-professional behavior reached to a new level. The interview was rescheduled at least 2-3 times. Sometimes the interviewer would be flying or at the airport or not available. Finally had the interview and this time it was more about general work experience discussion. After the interview their was another wait for 2-3 weeks. No one reached out. I had sent a followup email inquiring about the interview result just to know that I was rejected.
This was the most horrible interview experience I have had with any company.
Advise to people interviewing with Yara, please AVOID this company. They love micro-management :) which should be a red flag. Do not waste your time and effort for YARA and its non-professional behavior.

Entretien
I got called by email for a job interview over Teams. They said I will hear back within two weeks. when I didn't and I sent a reminder, I did not hear back for days. Then I heard that I need to contact HR. I did and I never heard back until I heard a rejection. I asked for feedback and they never answered
