1 phone interview and then a 2 hour interview , I was interviewed by several people, HR, Department Manager, and 2 employees from the department, it boiled down to what the employees thought about you not what the manager. I feel the employee that interviewed me was intimidated by my experience in computer programs and my years of experience. He ask me how long my stride was. I answered I didn't know. I assumed it was average. I've never been asked this before in a interview. Never knew this would affect my job performance. I felt it was very unprofessional to let a employee make a hiring decision instead of the manager.
