The interview was very casual and focused on getting to know my personality. I interviewed with two PEs from the firm who had a list of prepared questions they went through that included everything from specifics like past work experiences and general questions like "what are your strengths/weakness" and "what are your hobbies". The firm is small so one of the biggest questions they asked me was if I would be willing to work on all aspects of land development. They also talked about the positives of their work culture a lot so be sure to ask questions about the culture if they don't bring it up themselves.
