The interview process was quite different from other interviews. Since the job expects some work in research field, the interview questions was mostly based on the subject related to the research area they were going to carry on. No much personal skills based interview. They just wanted to know the skills in us which can help them to carry forward their project research. What I experienced in my interview may be different from other JRF interviews. All interviews related to JRF may not be the same.
