Despite being overseas for work assignment, the HR and departmental head were very accommodative to my schedule. There was an initial assessment done in Excel where it required the candidate to present their answers in an analytical way. Once they assessed the eligibility, an online interview will be conducted to know more about the candidate.

Round 1: Interview with HR and Hiring Manager. More on personality and capabilities.
Round 2: 1 hour Excel Assessment followed by a short interview with Hiring Manager.
