A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn and I applied. I had an initial phone screening with the recruiter a few days later. I had a phone interview with the hiring manager 2 days later. I had an in-person panel interview of 3 people, which included the hiring manager, followed by a skills review/assessment by one of the interviewers. I was ultimately rejected a week later. I had a great experience interviewing with YETI, it took about a month total. All-in-all, I do feel that how the recruiter described the position did not match what the team was looking for, but, the process was so enjoyable and the team was really awesome, I have a lot of respect for YETI and will definitely be keeping an eye out for a job there, in the future.
