Entretien
I had three rounds of interviews. The first was a general phone screening call. Next was a 1 on 1 with the R&D director. Lastly was a panel of 4 mangers/engineers.

They also asked general interview questions. Nothing too complex.

Entretien
Interview process was all of 30 minutes. Hiring manager was late so the interview started with the person filling the role on the interim. Went through the usual questions and answers. Had a simple creo skills test. Hiring manager shows up. The only question she had was “Are you the candidate that is employed or unemployed” to which I responded that I was employed. I asked a handful of question that were answered quickly and dismissively. She then looked at her watch and ended the interview. It seemed as though they had potentially filled the position and were just going through the motions for this interview. Overall an odd experience and a waste of time.
