Be prepared to spend at least 90 minutes there. I met with three different people. One person asked the general interview question. The next person, who was the supervisor for quality control, took me on a tour and laid out exactly what the position entailed. The last person was the director and he asked more questions regarding your resume and other "what if" scenarios.
