We did a group interview where we just listened to the supervisor speak. They did no background checks on anybody and just asked if we all wanted to work the same day. There were no question if anyone had experience or what kind of work you will be doing. There wasn't any kind of one on one interaction with any supervisors. Any real concerns that you tried to address, the person conducting the interview would basically act like he didn't hear your question.
