The company requested an arithmetic and pattern recognition assessment online, and a shorter, proctored version prior to interviewing. The recruiter who handled the assessments and scheduling was very nice and everything went smoothly. In the interview itself, I spoke to two higher-up members of the software development staff. They were very polite and did not ask anything particularly odd or unexpected. After speaking with both of them, I was then escorted back to the reception area.
