I genuinely apologize for your recent interview experience with us. One of our team principles is to always respect every candidate's time in the process and we wouldn’t ever want anyone to feel like they have to chase us.
We had some instances in the past where emails did not reach the recipient. Appreciate you’ve already provided screenshots. I promise to talk to our IT department to investigate and see what might have happened on our end.
