I want to apologize for the negative experience you encountered. Missing scheduled phone interviews is unacceptable on my end. Here at FieldEdge, we genuinely strive to provide a positive candidate experience for everyone. I know going through the interview process can be nerve-racking and am very sorry for not providing a positive experience.
I have made some changes to ensure that this doesn’t happen again, including increasing the amount of push notifications I get on my phone and setting alarms for all calls/interviews after work hours.
