Resume match followed by phone screen. Job postings are purposely vague with multiple duplicates to increase responses.
Interviewer was unprepared, didn’t ask follow ups and had trouble explaining the company mission and stack. He referred to their machine learning based quoting engine as “our thing” and stumbled trying to explain it.

Question 1
Questions were basic “elaborate on your resume” type of questions not questions targeting elements of the job posting. Interviewer never asked a follow up question on my responses.
Live coding interview in a browser IDE environment (poor one) and some simple to mid difficult ambiguous exercises you can find in internet, being obvious that candidates who solved them before will "perform" better. Thus no real skills assessment at the end.

One or two phone screens, then an on-site interview (flying there and back within one day), and offer. Fairly straightforward, good first impression of the company and management. I did find it weird how I was made to wait one hour with no water, that the address given was wrong, that I was not compensated for some parts of travel, and that the CTO told me I was stupid and couldn't make the product even if I tried after he gave me the offer and I told him I wanted some time to consider it, but ultimately I ignored these concerns.
