Interviewed a couple of months ago at the CO Springs location. Nice enough people and seemed like the work culture was good. Unfortunately though, when they reached out with an offer it was very below average and were unwilling to negotiate. If you are a young developer trust me - you will find a better paying job. It’s easy to jump at an offer because you’re desperate for work, but be patient because other offers will come your way that are way more fair to you. Don’t let these people dupe you. I got a job a month later that pays 20k more than what these guys offered in a starting developer role, which they kept arguing was a “fair wage for a junior developer”. Please know your worth and walk away if they do the same to you.

Quick and efficient interview process overall. There were two rounds: the first was an introductory interview focused on getting to know both the company and me, and the second was a technical interview. The recruiter was very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the process, which made the entire experience smooth and pleasant. Communication was clear and timely, and I always felt well-informed about the next steps. Overall, it was a well-organized and positive candidate experience

Before the technical interview, I was given a couple of case tasks in the form of coding katas. I was asked to talk through my approach and reasoning while solving them, which helped demonstrate how I think and structure my problem-solving.

I had one technical interview where I had to go through some LeetCode type of tasks. I received the tasks multiple days in advance, so I had good time for preparation. In the interview, they gave me a really good impression about the company as I felt they explained what the company does in an engaging way. After that, I had to go through the prepared questions and explain my code underways, and got some questions about why I did this and that, to get my reflections. I felt like it was more of a conversation rather than a interview really, so I was quite relaxed.
