Technical interviewer is the manager really good. Almost all the interview done in call and skype call. It is really challenging one. He is happy with my performance. But after that the process took 2months to send offer letter. They have accepted 6.5L CTC first. But during a month time they drag it to 4.8 to 5.2L CTC, by saying HR type stories. The position is closed, selecting for other team. Later they came to say the interviewed manager want you into the same team. They gave the least of what they said. 4.8L CTC. I had no choice as i already resigned. And after joining i came to know there is no such situation of requirement close, team changes etc. The HR team made drama to cutdown the salary range.
