i got call from the referral by my friend, who is working in xilinx, they schedule the telephoinic interew and i peformed successfully. then they schedule intervew with the san jose team, two people took my interview and they are also satisfied. they they called me at hyd office, where 3 manager took my interview and then they offered me job :)
First some introduction of your background, depends on your background and project you have done. They will ask you related question. Lastly they will hand draw some circuits for you to analyse on the spot.

He concentrated on clock tree synthesis, friendly. It was an interview with team manager. One question was unclear. He discussed resume and background in the first ten minutes. More of back end job.

The phone interview was general work-background related.
There was a good follow up from the time i applied till onsite
The onsite included multiple rounds for timing, scripting,Logic design, verilog and aptitude.
I got the results very soon within a week
