Last hr round....
After all this... i gave fabulous performance and such a perfect match/ combination of skills they can ever find for the role.
Dont know the reason after hr round, they sent a mail that unable to offer.
Inspite of telling them clearly about all details about company changes and package expectations before only. They wasted my time.
Hr asked me that i know anyone in the company, as I said no. She took this decision.
Also not even couple of questions i left unanswered, the interviewers told that my profile is impressive and extraordinary during the technical rounds.
One more bad thing about the interview is, When asked me to come in person to discuss in detail. The hr spoke with me in video call even if she was in the same location/next building.
Conclusion : Even though the hr decision is final,
its purely against the company benefit. I strongly believe they didnt find suitable candidate for this role.
Request the company management to look in to this scenario, which is effecting the company growth for a HR baseless decision.
These guys are known for taking all rounds and not offering people.
When you give extraordinary performance and you are the best fit for the role, and its an urgent req. how can they reject the candidate without proper reason.
when you reject the candidate, please give proper reason. That will be a feedback for the candidate as well.
