The Interview Process was lengthy and was primarily involved with my current job role. I went through 5 Rounds of Interview with State Head, National Program Manager, National Retail Manager, Regional Manager and finally the negotiation round. The process was more than 1 month and though the questions will grill one - but if one has done the right work in his current profile, it should not be difficult

Good experience overall. There were three rounds of interviews. The panelists were all cooperative and the interview process was very structured. I was questioned on my current work profile , and what sort of value addition could i provide to the job role .
