7-8 step hiring process. First screen by HR, then hiring manager, then two to three members from the leadership team, culture fit round of interview, followed by India Head and Global Head interview and 2 people from China team.

The graduate interview process was very fluent and a total of 3 rounds step-by-step through email notifications even if you failed it. The interviewees were professionals who had been doing this sort of position for decades with their unique questions and case studies rather than some typical questions that can be searched on social media.
