He had me fill out an online application and forced me to use my full name listed on my drivers license. After I was done, I was shuttled to an HR person who interviewed me. She asked me four or five questions and then hired me pending a background/drug test. The first man gave me a tour of the call center room. My skills were not reviewed, checked, or needed for this job.
