Annoying and long. The place smelled soon as you walked in, I couldn't stop sneezing. They had you get on the computer and do basic stuff you could've did at home on your computer.

brief phone interview was conducted to verify experience, interest, and availability. Information about the job was very clear. They were very transparent about the the scope of the work and the hours. The benefits sounded amazing. I didn't have both weekend days availability so I had to say no to the job offer.

The process is extremely quick. I applied online on a Saturday and they called me on Monday for an in-person interview that Wednesday. Be prepared to be there for the interview for 2+ hours.
First, they have you take a computer test to include basic customer service scenarios, a personality test and a typing test. After that, you move onto the first interview with a recruiter. I was told that the computer test scores you based off of three tiers, "green, yellow and red." I was told I scored in the green so I am assuming those that score in the green move onto the next interview. I had a second interview with another team member (that same day and time frame) and then they took me back to the computer to continue inputting my references and other personnel information. After that, they offered me the job.
