Unstructured. Limited understanding of position by HR. My resume was selected from key words and I was not a fit for the opportunity. Interviewer was not prepared for the call and had not read my resume. 45 minutes was a waste of my time and the interviewer's time. Interviewer not helpful in connecting me to the right recruiter for my skill set.

It started with a short Human Resources screening phone call interview, followed by two rounds of subsequent interviews (one video call and one in person) with different levels of management
unscheduled phone call that took about 30 mins. Lots of questions around motivation and experience. Email notification that unsuccessful. Neutral impression as not very in-depth and not much information offered about the role and company.

2 round technical interview and Manager round. You will be asked technical questions from basics til advanced topics in your respective area. Manager round is about your attitude and flexibility to the team. If you are good with technical and confident enough to handle the position, easy to go through the process.
