J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Xerox (Tempe, AZ) en nov. 2015
Entretien
My resume was seen by a Xerox Recruiter. I was interviewed and came a second time, then a drug screen, then given a training start date. Following the interview process, I was tested on my typing ability and overall ability in how to handle calls. However, my actual job duties were to answer incoming calls relating to the 1095 document for participants. The interview process was pretty short considering what we actually had to do.

The interview was over the phone through a temp agency. They sent my resume to the company and my resume was selected. The temp agency called to confirm acceptance. I stared with a group of individuals to find out what type of work we were doing.

I was disgusted with the interviewer from the beginning of the phone call. All they do is read questions that are not relevant to the job and they sound so uninterested from the moment they get on the phone. What's the point of trying to recruit people and you're attitude is so negative. Never again. I see why they have so many bad reviews.

I had a phone interview with a recruiter. I was working part-time somewhere else and a customer told me that Xerox was hiring. I applied and forgot all about it because I didn't hear anything for a ew months. I thought I was interviewing for a permanent position but it was actually a seasonal one. I didn't know until well after I had been working for the company. I was eventually offered a permanent position.
