Polite, comfortable but "no messing around" approach - initial 10 minutes phone interview was followed by 25 minute phone interview. Face to Face interview with Sales Director (60+ mins) was followed by written tests and 60 min interview with MD. Final psychometric test took around 90 mins.

Applied through a recruiter, got a call for a telephonic interview in 4 days. Went through with the call and spoke with the HR. Was asked standard screening questions. The recruiter got in touch with me after a week - apparently they were looking for a 100% hunter role but the job indicated was an "Account Management" position? My background is in both hunting and farming, and told them so. They had a separate Sales role they were hiring for, so either they botched up the process or do not really understand the difference between the two roles. The process, or the job being interviewed for could have been better managed
