Got a call from Xero HR. Had a general conversation about previous experience, expectations, etc. After that I received 2 test tasks - build small interface (HTML + CSS skills) and write a merging algorithm (JS skills). This task was discussed on the 2nd interview with 2 senior devs. Then I had 3rd interview with another 2 senior devs with a bunch of technical questions. After that I had 4th interview with a team lead and agile facilitator with soft-skills questions.
