Quite unique since the GM approached me first not the Talent Acquisition, after that TA team reach out and scheduling interview just like normal things and got interviewed by the product manager.

2. what i did in previous job (highlighting projects)
No HR stage for the initial step, so it start directly with the user. Each call is 30 mins, enough go understand how it works on Xendit side. Especially for these new team that they are looking new people

4. Behavioural and case study interview with hiring manager
5. Mock Work Day [ Will be given 2 days to answer a prompt. All access to communicate with relevant stakeholders will be granted. Create a deck and present.]
