highly unprofessional. I had a first interview with Xcede with was successful and I was invited to their office for more interviews (I had to take a day of annual leave from my former employer, but thought it was worth it). I was in their office for a couple of hours, I met and was asked questions by different people in the team, we spoke about training plans and salary options. We were supposed to have a call a few days after but I never heard anything back from them. I sent a follow up email 2 weeks after but didn’t receive any reply, explanation or feedback. A total waste of my time/money.
