J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. J'ai passé un entretien chez Xapads Media (Noida) en avr. 2025
Entretien
I recently had an interview that was primarily aptitude-based, and overall, it was a positive and insightful experience. The interviewers were not only professional but also incredibly supportive and transparent about the role and expectations.
What stood out the most was their approachability—they created a comfortable environment that made it easier to stay focused and perform well. Even when I made a few mistakes, they guided me through them rather than letting it be a disadvantage. Their constructive feedback helped me stay confident and improved my performance as the interview progressed.
The entire process felt more like a learning experience than a typical high-pressure interview. I really appreciated the clarity they provided about the position, growth opportunities, and the team culture.
It was a great experience, and I left the interview feeling optimistic and well-informed about the role and the company.

Question 1
What do you know about Xapads Media and its role in the ad tech industry?
My interview experience with Expadas Media for the Data Analyst position was mixed. While I was initially excited about the opportunity, there was a change in the requirements when I arrived for the interview. I was informed that they were no longer considering female candidates, as they had already filled their quota, and were only looking for male candidates, specifically freshers and not experienced.
On the positive side, I was happy to see that the company maintains a balanced male-to-female ratio, which suggests a commitment to diversity. The work culture seemed positive; all the company members I interacted with were responsible and helpful.
However, the change in hiring needs after the interview was scheduled was disappointing.
Overall, while the company seems to have a good work environment, the experience was disappointing due to the change in hiring criteria after the interview process had begun
