I applied online and the next day someone in recruitment had a little chat with me about my experience and career goals then booked me in for the interview. It was at a higher end hotel where they gave us an overview presentation of the company we would work at and the role itself followed by an assessment mostly based on accuracy then had a 1:1 the guy who interviewed me was very pleasant and very professional. The day after the interview I was offered the role which I accepted. Overall very easy interview the only difficult part was some of the bits in the assessment. as it was a contractual role I'm sure they probably needed a certain amount of people to meet the clients needs looking back on it and how they carried out the presentation. The recruitment process was not that bad either I was able to start within 2 weeks. They were very responsive and always answered my questions promptly.

Group talk about the company Individual informal interview Numeracy test (which doesn't matter if you fail?) Ridiculously easy interview and got the job. They take pretty much everyone who shows up. They miss sell the job at great length to you.
