I was contacted by a recruiter who said I might be a good fit, so I decided to speak with the company directly. After about 3+ weeks; I finally was able to sync up with the internal recruiter for a phone interview, but only after she missed our scheduled call [said she tried calling but I did not receive a call].
Sent me in for an on-site interview and although the office and atmosphere seemed great, one of the hiring managers seemed to rush me through my questions and kept checking his watch while I spoke. Mentioned he had to "run to another meeting" and bolted out the door. This struck me as both odd and quite rude.
Gave me an hour break to review the slide deck...didn't need that much time so ended up sitting around waiting for the "role play" to begin. This seemed like a waste of time, as the role play lasted maybe 15 minutes.
Got a call back a few days later to tell me I did not have an offer; however, they asked ME to provide feedback on the interview. Yet, they did not have any feedback for me?I They also mentioned they always keep people in their pipeline for possible openings...so beware for the process to be drawn out and your time potentially wasted. Was impressed by the company before the interview process; but now, not so much.

I was initially reached out to by a recruiter, then had a phone screening and a two part test, followed by an in person hour long meeting with a sales manager, followed a week later by a panel interview with two managers. I was told that if I had moved on, I would have an additional interview with the VP of sales and then the CSO. I was told that after the panel I would not be moving on. When I asked for feedback in the third interview, both interviewers in the panel gave me very positive responses but told me that my recruiter would have specific feedback. When I was told 2 weeks later that they would not be moving forward, no feedback was given, even when pressed specifically for something constructive. I still have no idea why I didn't move forward, I would have loved to at least have an idea, especially when I am told directly to expect feedback and then receive zero. The canned response "we went with another candidate" seems like a lie and cope out when the company is still actively hiring for the position on all platforms. Wouldn't recommend interviewing here if you want to understand how you did in said interview.

I interviewed for the SMB AE role. I thought the process was average to slightly below average at best. While all the Xactly recruiters and managers I interacted with seemed nice in person, I felt like they were being less than truthful on several topics. E.G. They had SMB AE job postings all over the web but the recruiter continued to tell me throughout the process that she was working on approval for new hires. She even had it written on her LI profile (which said "now hiring for these roles: SMB AE" and had been updated the previous day). She also missed two scheduled calls and was late to two others. I went through 4 rounds of interviews and in the end, did not receive an offer. However, I didn't even receive notification (despite being told I'd be contacted re: next steps) until 2 weeks later when I followed up. No email, no phone call, nothing to let me know where I stood. I found that to be rather inconsiderate. To be honest, the company had a bit of an arrogant feel to it....

Initially contacted by the internal recruiter who went out of her way to welcome me and guide me through the interview process. I had an initial phone interview with this recruiter, a 1-hour "meet and greet" with the hiring manager, and a final, (more formal) interview with the same manager.

Question 1
The interview questions were based more on competency than the standard "why should we hire you?" questions. For example, "describe a time when you were asked to [insert whatever] and how did you respond?
