The process was a slog of about 7 rounds over 3 full months. Met with everyone at the firm and was the only candidate left, just to be told I wasn’t the right fit. Seems like they don’t want to hire anyone and there is a lot of internal disagreement and strife at this place so probably best I didn’t get an offer.
