Tedious, boring, unrewarding, focused on past achievements of staff members, everyone working there appeared very arrogant, compared themselves to big 3 brokers and said they were better than big 4 auditors which was absolutely hilarious, what the hell is a thog because I've no idea

Applied online and was then offered the opportunity to attend an Assessment centre which consisted of 3 rounds. Numerical assessment, 1-1 interview and a group task. Assessment centre lasted an entire day.
Phone interview consisting of six questions, about half an hour long. The one question I was not pre pared for was what current news in the pension sector would possibly end up affecting me in the future.
