I Had two separate interviews. One with the hiring manager and one with the actual manager. The whole process took a couple of weeks before I was offered the position.

I interviewed online for a job fair and the interviewer was on time, professional. I thought it was quite weird that I was NEVER asked one question in the interview, other than "what do you think about what you have heard" - I had so many questions and not once asked about my experience or work history. I have read many good and bad reviews and this time the bad reviews spoke LOUDLY. I had to ask for the interviewer to show video - that is the type of interview it was a video online. It was obvious to me, they are desperate for help, but I won't accept any offers.
