Very off-the-cuff. The environment seemed to be very gruff. The employees seemed to be disgruntled. A bad feeling overall. The interviewer was seemingly unprepared and had to double check questions before asking me.

Describe a time you had to solve a complex problem
Before joining XPO, I went through a multi-stage interview process that included several behavioral interviews, leadership assessments, and discussions with different department heads. It was a smooth process comparable to interviews I had in the past.

One thing they placed emphasis on was my role as a supervisor. They wanted to know how I would plan to influence a positive change within the organization.

Entretien
Old school style interview, very rigid and straightforward. You can expect basic interview questions and outlook on the industry and working in general. They will not be honest about the hours you will work, or working weekends, which happens quite often.
