Pretty chill experience. Over the phone. Be ready to answer questions that throw you off (they want to see how you react). Don't just focus on numbers and accomplishments, they want someone who has the right personality and demeanor as well. That is very important.

I initially spoke to a recruiter a couple of time who gave me an overview of the company. I then spoke to someone else who scheduled me and interview with a hiring manager. Interview was conducted a week after initial recruiter contact.
