Brief 20-30 minute phone call with a recruiter. However, "on-site" experience sounded like it was a absolutely necessary. The recruiter wasn't able to articulate clearly why on-site experience was mandatory. On-site experience could be recreated in many ways. After the call was over, I followed up for an update. Imagine being a senior recruiter based out of North Carolina for over 2 years and not having the ability to follow up. Great follow up skills buddy (sarcasm). Anyway, I'm glad I was ghosted, as the recruiter had a dull personality, most likely a reflection of the company as a whole.

It was a pretty good job and they were very quick with the response time after the interview.
The agent was very nice and explained everything that I would do on a day to day basis.

Entretien
Process was pretty easy compared to others. 2 interviews the their recruiter then 1 onsite interview with my prospective boss. Each interview took about an hour. Good feedback and quick response times

They asked situational questions and I gave them answers based on my experience in the field
The interviews began with a Recruiter, I was told there would be 5 phone interviews total. After 4 phone interviews I had not heard back for a week so reached out to the Recruiter only to receive messages that they were on Vacation. I had contacted the last individual I had a phone interview with as well but I never heard back. All phone interviews were standard and the individuals conducting them were very nice, however, coming from an HR perspective, the lack of communication/response was not appreciated.
