Interview is around an hour, which is really easy. All you need is valid ID and bank details. They make you fill in the application form, then make you complete a general maths and english test which is really, really easy. And after that, it finishes and you get a call back soon notifying when you start. The job is basically guaranteed. And it is done as a group interview.
