Applied Online. Received a phone call from HR recruiter. Spoke to hiring manager over the phone that same day. Was asked to complete and present a project which took me about 10 hours to complete. Presented a project to NEVER HEAR BACK AGAIN!!!

The recruiter reached me and then there are 2 round interviews. First round with senior staff in the team with technical background discussion, second round is with stakeholders with business discussion. Both rounds came back with good feedback and the recruiter is very supportive. However, they decided to close this position as the org found a different vision which is very disappointed.
