The interview process begins with a brief phone call, primarily aimed at evaluating your communication skills. For the in-person segment, I was allotted up to three hours to carry out a practical network configuration task. The setup included two laptops—one with internet access and the other for console connections—alongside a network diagram, a list of objectives, and a collection of routers and switches. It's fair to say that without genuine real-world experience, succeeding is quite challenging. Wishing you the best of luck.
