They had three main interviews: one to see if you work well with others, one top grading interview, and one product interview.
I walked away with a pretty negative impression of the company. The process felt really dehumanizing. They focus a lot on personal failures (a topic in 2 out of 3 of the interviews), and they pair interview with one person talking to you while another takes notes. It felt a lot like people sitting there silently judging you. As a result, I walked away with the impression that the company is fixed on improving weaknesses instead of celebrating what makes each employee unique and valuable.
I can see upsides to this process, but it definitely doesn't make you feel excited to work at Twitter. Normally companies are aware that you are judging them just as they judge you, and they try to help you understand what makes it a unique and great place to work. Not so here.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Tell us about a time you had a conflict with your engineering team. How did you resolve it?
What was your largest failure in each job you've had?
How would you decide whether or not doubling the amount of video content in the home timeline was a good idea?
I interviewed for a role at Twitter and it was a terrible experience. The hiring manager was completely uninterested in my qualifications or experience, and instead asked me a series of 'Google-style' questions like how many golf balls fit in a bathtub. Whenever I tried to answer, he would interrupt me, belittle my response, and explain how his approach was better. It was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. I felt like he was more interested in proving how smart he was than in finding the right candidate for the job. I would not recommend applying for a role at Twitter if you're looking for a fair and respectful hiring process.
straightforward, 3 interviews, situational and behavioral and asked about past experience and learnings from older companies. i had a pleasent experience and spoke to folks from both my team and sf hq

Lots of waiting for interview scheduling. Interviewed with 5 different individuals, and then a final one was added on. It took about 2.5 months to go through all the rounds only to be told by the recruiter (via standard email) that I was not moving forward.
