J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez X (New York, NY) en mai 2018

I sat in for several interviews with different team members, about seven in total. The entire team is very respectful, and interview sessions were mostly conversational and very relevant for the role - honestly one of the best processes I've come by in a while.

So, I applied for the Developer Advocate role at Twitter. After that, a recruiter reached out to me to have a telephone conversation about
the role. The recruiter said that he will schedule a video interview with the HR Manager and me. The HR manager liked the conversation he had with me and was scheduled to do the next round of interviews. I video interviewed with six individuals in the span of two days. Later the recruiter called me to notify me that while the people who interviewed me liked me they said I was too “junior” for the role. But, the HR manager said that he had an idea for a role that might correlate to my experience. The recruiter said that he didn’t receive the email on the specific role that I would like from the HR manager and told me the wait until Friday and check for roles that I would like. I spoke to him again and he said that he didn’t receive any information on the roles of the HR manager but would send the roles that I like to the other divisions. After that conversation, I sent him a follow up on the status of roles and he ghosted with no reply.
