Iter infinito durato almeno due/tre mesi con Interviste online, progetti, affiancamento e giornata di valutazione collettiva in un hotel di un'altra città dall'altro lato della regione per poi essere rifiutati con un'email preimpostata con il nome di qualche altro candidato e senza neanche un feedback. Da aggiungere, inoltre, la cattiva gestione della giornata di valutazione con gli appuntamenti di tutti i candidati che hanno subito un fortissimo ritardo,

Quale degli altri candidati vedi più adatto al ruolo?
Ich empfand es als ein sehr angenehmes und offenes Gespräch, bei dem direkt das Du angeboten wurde. Es wurden Fragen beantwortet und mehrere Teammitglieder vorgestellt. Sehr professionell. Direkt wurde klar, dass nach einer ambitionierten Person gesucht wird, die auch mal bereit ist mehr zu geben als vorgeschrieben.

It went by two interviewers from the leaders of Auto/Auto Key account divisions. They asked if I want to be in front of the sales field or in the back office.
